Anyone have a spare rb25 manifold?

I am looking to do some testing for a modified stock header for our RB that can flow as good if not better then some of the ebay options, is stealth, externally gated etc etc. The downtime to do such testing would be long enough where i would prefer to have an extra header rather then not drive me car.

For those interested:

Extrude honeSwain tech CoatingT3-T3 Wastegate adapter

On the SR's with appropriately sized turbos this significantly affects response and spool times. This setup would not be for those interested in heavy drag applications but rather a durable OEM manifold for a quick response road car.

I have one that I cleaned up the ports on and drilled/tapped a NPT fitting for and EGT sensor on the 6th runner. I'll let it go for super cheap like $20+shipping. e-mail me if you are interested.

How much is extrude honing going to cost? I looked into it a couple years ago and the price was prohibitive.

Thanks.

For our manifold its 688 bucks+ shipping if we were to do it alone. for 4+ people its 619, and for 10+ its 550+ shipping. Still very expensive vs the cost of getting a 6boost, or stec..

However, for people with my swap (RB datsun) the clearance on the strut tower is an issue particularly for the full race mani, and the ebay ones crack and have some issues with fitment. I have yet to test the Stec design but I have one of the ss manifolds in my house and the wastegate design is piss poor and i have seen them crack repeatedly.

Anyway if there is anyone in NJ with the Stec I would love to try it out to see if it fits...

Good luck, there aren't very many of those in the US. Joel on Hybridz has one but has yet to attempt installation.

550 is a huge grip of cash to sink into a log manifold, even at the 10+ discount.

What would be ideal is if someone would get with 6boost in AUS to have him measure for fitment of a zcar specific manifold. Realistically there is a very small market for it though.

yeah I am coming to that realization--- but I would like to do some comparative testing vs stock. The car once finished will get its share of track time so I am hesitant to use an ebay manifold due to cracking-- and with the power that I am going for I like the idea of the durability of this manifold.

Don't get me wrong, I think it is a good idea. It is just unfortunate how much money it will cost to have it done.

It will be about $15 via FedEx. If it is more, I'll pick up the difference.

Price? I will probably end up going with yours as I would prefer to keep the manifold "stock" for the extrude honing process.
