Anyone Had This Problem Before?????

ok my headlights are stuck up and when i manually put them down.... the only way to pop them back up is by the switch or by puttin on my high beams,,, the combo switch which turns on the lights and puts them up at the same time... well it only turns them on but while there down...

CAN SOME ONE PLEASE HELP ME??? THIS THING HAS BEEN DRIVING ME CRAZY FOR ALMOST 2 MONTHS !!

yeah adjust the manual actuator next to the headlight under the hood! the cap willpull right off and turn it! i dont remember which way though!

im not try to just put them down... im tryin to fix the problem so they can go up and down like before..

ANYONE?????? PLZ HELP!!!!
