im not looking for top end race seats or id get some brides, my seats are just shot to hell and i just need a good comfortablereplacement. im driving an hr north of reno from san diego for thx giving and i need something now! LOL my bum falls asleep right now after about 45-60 minutes behind the wheel...so ill take about anything. so, with that said...has anyone had any luck with this brand or can reccommend one at about the same price? also, what about these rails...am i going to have to modify them to fit or will they send me some that will bolt on? oh, black is a must for me (blk convertible) and id prefer clothe as im not a big fan of cheap/fake leather

thanks in advance

fair enough but i dont intend to keep the car forever. and i dont see how it could be any worse then whats in there now... my major concern past comfort is the frame rails bolting up properly

They look kinda doofy. I'm of the opinion that the early seats from hatches are the absolute best value for money (the harness-compatible ones, not the ones with head rests). My S14 seats look really nice, but they don't feel as comfortable.

cool. how about the frame rails? did they actually line up or does ANYONE sell a set of cheap/comfortable seats that actually bolt up? lol sorry for the noob type questions but I'm more of an s12 dude..

also, anyone ever have any first hand experience with these:

yes, I know..its cheap ricer crap, but I honestly don't care. my butt cheeks will thank me after hr 1 of my 24hr return drive! LOL also, I'm not necessarily looking for sport seats, just something comfortable and 'sporty'...if that makes sense. bolt in for sure and around the $250 area. any ideas anyone? I'm all ears!

if there is any problem with aftermarket seats it's that they sit to tall. any aftermarket seat that you get will sit really high unless you get nice quality rails like brides but there very pricey. you can make your own out of flat bar but if your not handy i dont really sugest it.

I bet if you took the 89 -90 seats to a shop and had them redone with new fome* and what not they would be great track seats.
