I need to re-install my complete interior. Sadly, I didnt remove it myself or I would have pictures and already know the order. The headliner looks the most complex.

I am also interested if there is any maintenance I should do on my sunroof tracks before I button it all up.

all help is greatly appreciated

hopefully someone else can chime in with better help.. but the best I can do at the moment is give you the link to the '94 Q45 FSM in hopes that it might be similar enough to help out a bit.

Cleaning and lubricating the tracks with white lithium grease should help.

Be careful with the rear drip rail on the sunroof.

I have searched and searched in the fsm. Not really too much about the headliner, only about the sunroof and sunroof adjustment. Can you point me to the right direction in the fsm?

thanks

I just did the sunroof on my car not too long ago, which of course requires the removal of the headliner...

I dont reacall it being very difficult, everything pretty much went into place except for some clips that didnt want to go back into place around the sunroof, which i used RTV to glue it back together. I swear you can use that stuff for anything.... Pretty much the way it works is its held up on the edges, the middle is held up with the dome light, and the front attaches to the sunroof...

i seem to recall a lip in the back.. It goes back in pretty easy.

As far as the sunroof, just get get some white lithium grease and grease everything up real good before the sunroof lid goes on.. The sunroof assy is a pita to get in the car.
