I was thinkin about taking out that small back seat, in between the other seats, and gettin a subwoofer, custom fitted, to go into that space. Any comments, pics, or anyone that already has done that? help!

Naw man thats a really great question. Everyone makes such a big deal about puttin subs in the trunk and keeping the rear seats, but for one, having the sub in the back seat means the trunk wont rattle when it's turned way up, and in the a/c it sounds awful trust me. and two, as a volleyball and basketball player Ive got really long legs, and I need the driver seat all the way back. This way theres about an inch of legroom anyway so I decided to try it.

As for putting one in with the seats upright, you've gotta find a good way to anchor the box, and thats really hard to do. the best way is to fold down the rear seats and mount the sub on top. the downside is if you just place the box there, it's kinda ugly, but I'm sure a fiberglass painted box or a custom box with slopin sides or something would look fine. this way you keep your trunk space.

When I tried it, i folded down the seats. I took some pics and I'll try and find them, but to be honest Im not sure where I put them.

thats sounds good...definitely going to consider doing that now. If you do find those pics, that would be awsome...but if not don't worry about it. thanks
