Theres gotta be some guys who went all out on there KA, an I was wondering what you guys are running. I just met a guy sayin hes ran a 14.6 with I/H/E PDM cams, cam gears, lsd. But I never hear of anyone else runnin in the 14's all motor, its always low 15's. So if theres anyone in the 14's lets hear your setup.

had my old dohc doing 14.6 with nismoparts sohc flattop pistons pushing a CR of 11.5 or over 12. I had to run race gas though and it sure burned some oil. I had I/H/E and pdm cams as well. Oh and a port job that took me 2 weeks. HAH i knew almost nothing then... It was a loud screaming beast though. i dont have time slips, cause we always used a stopwatch and one of those tick roller-things to measure the QM.

its very possible! high 14sec will be no problem with the KA with money in the motor(cause of great torque). my simple mods put me in low 15sec, and no internal mods on..the 4.60 gears helps out alot!!

Last I checked my car is in the mid-high 14 range, I ran my friend erics GS-R(who runs between 14.4 and 14.8) and I can hammer him 1st gear, and hold my lead to 115mph and sometimes extend it(stupid governor)

I need an LSD..spinning tires too long is NO GOOD.

check my sig for the mods and dyno chart.-chet

he ran 14.4's without the hybrid transmission, and yes an automatic could definitely be in the 14's with enough money into the engine. It wouldnt hurt to have a vb and high stall tc uprgrade to go along with

That would be Shawn. The all-motor beast of an Altima.

if you were a good driver, bolt ons, good tires, and some cams would get you there with proper tuning.

Knight_240, Where did you get your 4.60 gear?? I've been looking every were for one and can't find any. I saw it on the nismo e-cat awhile back and haven't seen it since. Would the gear you have fit the '90 diff.? [email protected]
