just thinking about going to the season opener of D1 grand prix in cali in feb and was wondering if anyone els was going to watch or race

If it is a crap "demo" race like the JGTC they had in December, then no way in hell. God what a disappointment. And also no way in hell if it is at the California speedway. Crap infield with poor fields of view.

If on the other hand it is at Irwindale and full-on as it was in Feb '04, then hell yes. That was awesome.

It should be round 1 of the 2005 season and should totally rock. I'm there.
