that said, the phallic stuff is pretty funny... and it is kinda scary with the stretched out faces... reminds me of the smiling people in that Soundgarden video for black hole sun...

The drug is a male "enhancement" (ie. makes your tool bigger) ... not a fix for erectile disfunction like Viagra.

actually their website makes no specific claims to enlargment, it seems that it merely presents the possibility for increased bloodflow (its a blood thinner afaict) so that erections should be quicker and easier to maintain. Since the blood passages in the pen15 that control erections don't physically change size any increase in girth or length would only come from the extra blood entering.
