And BTW, the drop was more like 2" in the front and around 1.5" in the rear. Shop did that did the install was After FX Customs located in Stamford, CT. Great guys to deal with, and they had some amazing cars in their shop. I would highly recommend them if you're looking to get anything done.

SenorPayne7,

Are those stock Conti's on aftermarket rims or did you buy newer (18") Conti's.

Ah, so stock Conti tires (new on most Rogue's) on new rims. I see.

@SenorPayne7;

How do you like the way the H&R springs ride? Too stiff (like Eddnog reported?)

I love the way that the springs ride and i love the way it looks also. There is a noticeable amount of less body roll when taking turns, i avoid pot holes/bumps/divets in the roads, makes driving more fun :chuckle:

Hello Rogue community, I am new the forums and I received my fathers 2012 Nissan Rogue and now want to make it my own. I debadged my rogue and blacked out all the chrome. My next step is lowering it. Does anyone have a website link to where I can buy some springs. The one Ed had doesn't work anymore. Please and thank you.

Bringing this back from the grave again!!! I recently got a 2012 Nissan rogue from my father and I now want to make it my own. Ed was the suspension change worth it. I'm looking at the pricing and its almost $400 to get the same springs you got. I live in CT so you kind of get the drift of where i'm coming from.

I find that unless you live in an area with nice, smooth roads (i.e. NOT the snow/salt belt), personally, the overall experience is more loss (of comfort) than gain (in fun). Of course, it's an easy enough upgrade to undo if you decide you don't like it, so you're best deciding if the $400 is worth it or not to experiment with and potentially end up undoing. That being said, perhaps my experience was different because I combined 20" wheels with the sport springs. Maybe 18" or even 17" wheels would have achieved a better balance between comfort and performance. That being said, I put the 20" wheels back on with stock suspension and the ride is fine, so I think the springs have a greater effect on both, ride and handling than upsizing wheels. If you go extreme and do bigger than 20" wheels, then your ride quality will certainly suffer more from going too big on the wheels/low volume on the tire air than the stiff springs.

Alright thank you ED, I wanted to get bigger rims too so maybe I'll buy that instead. I'm just tired of looking at that open space. Maybe I'll go for a 20" size rim. What tire size did you go with

MY bad, they're 19". 245/45-19 tires on 19x8.0 rims.

Make sure to keep offset -40 or lower!
