Anyone ever tried truck wheels?

So as long as the lug pattern is the same, truck wheels can be used on our cars right? The hub bore should be bigger than the 240's, so that wouldn't be a problem.

FYI I ask not because I think truck wheels would look cool, I can just get some for cheap to use as drift spares.
