Have any of you guys seen or heard of a power chip that can be switched from econo mode to race mode? I saw it in a Summit magazine but I seem to have lost the magazine.

It's called a daughter board setup. Don't know who does them though.

most are just timing advance settings... switch to performance mode to get a more aggressive timing curve with higher octane.. as air intake is mechanical, theres not much you can do to alter it electronically.

well if your lazy like me, getting that little switch box would be a whole lot easier than getting out to change the timing every time I want to race....

i would most definately just keep it advanced all the time. i think it's just lazy if someone buys a timing switch. i mean, really, it's not that hard to change, and you'd have to actually *pay* for the switch O_ofree=goodmoney=bad

I'll just put a computer in my car and adjust the timing by each gear I shift into...
