I've noticed this company ssautochrome sells alot of different turbos on ebay for some reasonable prices. Anyone ever buy one from them, and if so which one and how do you like it.

SSAutoCrack is their real name.

Sometimes their turbos are epoxied and sometimes their manifold crack like peanut shells.

Sometimes their exhaust seems to be good except it hangs too low.

Its like gamb|ing... if you like vegas, you will like SSAutoCrack.

Do not. I Repeat DO NOT Buy anything from them...ever. I ordered a Turbo kit for a friend on this bored because he never had an account. And three days after winning the bid. I emailed them saying they never emailed me the information so i could send them the money. But they never responded to that either. So i emailed them at least another three or four times. To get info. But they never responded. So two weeks later i got an email saying i never sent the money..etc after fighting with them for about a month..long story short..I don't have an Ebay Account anymore. I gave them a negative rating though. Don't deal with them. If anything go through a performance shop. Or build your own..it'll save you a lot of trouble

Speaking from my personal experience(going Apex'i N1 to SSA) I would like to say that my exhaust is nice and tight, sounds good and was no problem installing. I'm not using the OEM exhaust hangars though, I used the 2nd smallest possible and it fit no problem....Besides I couldn't beat it for $300 since I smashed the N1.

SSA Exhaust is good, only because they don't really make it, but repackage it as their own. Full stainless and very cheap.

As for the turbo, yeah I saw that thread where the guy posted how they GLUED the housing together.

I was thinking that their prices were too cheap for them to be any good anyways. Btw if anyone has a used stock s15 turbo or a t28 for sale let me know.

All of their stuff is either re-branded or total crap. The SR turbo manifold they have is the same exact manifold every run of the mill tuner shop in japan has been selling for 7 years.

I got an "ss autochrome" exhaust and it is made by a korean company called "Motoria". I have seen these systems for sale in the UK for like 600 bucks. Anyway, ss autochrome just buys these in bulk and sells them on ebay for cheap. I love my exhaust. It sounds great, its light weight, and its full stainless.
