Has anyone bought the timing chain kit from overnightautoparts.com? i heard that OEM timing chain kits do not come in actual "kits," but instead of parts, which is why I was wondering if the timing chain kit from overnightautoparts.com is actually OEM.
I also searched and found that courtesy has the OEM timing chain kit also, but it seems as if they didn't include the sprockets? Also, is the thermostat, drive belts, water pump, water hose actually necessary? I just wanted to get things straight before deciding on which kit to order from, since I'm about to replace my timing chain.

that sux that the sprokets aren't included w/ the kit... what are they (courtesy) thinking???
t-stat, belts, hoses, waterpump...not really necessary; just nice to do it while you're doing the job (heck, u gotta drain the coolant anyways- might as well flush the system + put in the new parts so they'll last as long as the new timing kit u installed).
well, in FWD timing belt changes, it's highly recommended to replace the water pump @ the same time on some models, cause the same belt drives the pump & is hidden under the timing cover anyways (i'm talking about a 95 honda accord, for example).
