that sux that the sprokets aren't included w/ the kit... what are they (courtesy) thinking???
t-stat, belts, hoses, waterpump...not really necessary; just nice to do it while you're doing the job (heck, u gotta drain the coolant anyways- might as well flush the system + put in the new parts so they'll last as long as the new timing kit u installed).
well, in FWD timing belt changes, it's highly recommended to replace the water pump @ the same time on some models, cause the same belt drives the pump & is hidden under the timing cover anyways (i'm talking about a 95 honda accord, for example).
