anyone ever bought an engine or anything from importperformanceparts?

Information on the naturally-aspirated KA24E and KA24DE engines.

haven't bought one from em, although I'd be a little reluctant regardless. I think you'd be better off sending your ka24e to get the rebuild done by a local machinist instead.

was scrolling the ka section and came upon your post. I bought my rebuild kit from them for my ka24de and added the toga high volume oil pump. Sent rebuilt kit and didnt get the oil kit, was wondering WTF???? Well called them up right after i received my rebuild kit and they were very nice and considerate and told me that it was shipped on a seperate order and told me when it would be in. Some companies that i know of would of d!ck you around and maybe blame the shipping on someone else or what not so customer services is really good. Overall a good company to deal with. Rebuild kit didnt really come in handy due to friends mechanic who didnt assemble my motor right. Rebuilding my motoe AGAIN for KA-T, was gonna go with them again but opted to scour for parts seperatley then a whole kit. Will probably get another High Vol oil pump from them again seeing how there the only ones that i know that have one. Hope that helps.

how much was the toga pump? and does it come with the whole front cover or just the gears?
