Anyone else getting knocked around in parking lots?

I've been hit in parking lots 4 different times. The 4th one happend on Saturday and it was acually bad enough that i need a whole new front bumper now because the plastic on it has huge gashes in it. The 2 pieces that hold the bumper cover on underneath the car are bent too so i just took them off. I have so idea how fast the guy was going when he hit me, But it had to have been pretty fast to do the damage he did. Someone also hit the back of my car in a parking lot this winter, but that wasnt as bad. The other 2 times happend within a day of eachother. It looked like someone sideswiped me the first day, and then the next day i was in a parking lot during a severe thunderstorm and a piece of a fence hit the corner of my bumper. The same piece of fence took out a window on a car a few down from where i was parked. Now that i have to pay a couple hundred dollars to get my car fixed... I'm pretty pissed off. Anyone else have bad luck in parking lots?

Yes!!! I hate all the stupid bumps and bruises my vehicles get from all the careless people out there! Fortunately I have been able to take care of most things myself. My wife just got a door ding on her front fender on her Altima 3.5 SE. So ANNOYING!!!!

*Raises hand. I've fallen victim to so many dings and shopping cart nicks, i make it a point now to park farther away from anyone or near a parking lot tree island.

And since i last posted on this... someone in a Chevy pickup hit and dented my rear passenger side fender. I acually saw him do it and when he backed up i yelled, "Hey!" and then he peeled out of the parking lot on to the highway. I chased him for a about 3 minutes down the highway at about 100 mph and when he got off the exit i lost him i never got close enough to see his plates though. I didn't have my cell phone with me either so i couldnt call anyone.

I tend to park somewhat far from shops so that I can park alone if possible. Its no guarantee, but I don't have many dings. Of course some places aren't going to leave you much choice as parking lots can be pretty full.

I don't park anywhere near anyone else. At work, I make sure I get there early enough to park in a space at the end so I have no-one on one side, and extra room on the other.

In parking lots I park at the far end of the parking lot away from everyone/everything. If I can't find a space there, then I don't park.

People are selfish idiots who don't care about other people's possessions. I refuse to let them damage my QX.
