Anyone drive with no shoes on?

cant' do barefoot or even sandals.. just feels weird..

I only drive barefoot after a long day at the beach, when my feet have sand all over them anyway. It is illegal here, so I don't do it very often. Sometimes it's pretty weird, as you really get a feel for the brake/clutch/gas and how they press on other systems in the car. Nice for a change every once in a while.

Most of the time, though, I just use my old and dependable Chuck Taylors.

I have a pair of chucks with griptape on the bottom. I used to drive in those.

But now I have a pair of Sambas that really give a great pedal feel. I love 'em.

yeh it is illegal here in PA too. but i hit a off duty police officer one day and when i got out of the car with just socks on , he didn't say anything

i drive barefoot if im going to wear my sandals, just slide them off to the side so i can put them back on real quick if needed.other than that, i wear my Converse all stars or my old-skewl Adidas.

Anyone ever driven with Corcorans? really sucks when your foot gets caught on the gas, break, or clutch cause the damn things are so stiff and boxy.
