Anyone done it yet? transmission swap/VQ35HR swap on VQ35DE?

Has anyone done a transmission swap yet on their automatic Z? I don't care how much i spend but I found a 2006 VQ35HR motor for $3500 with around 10,000 miles. I'd but is it possible to swap in the new HR motor and 6 speed transmission in my 2003 Z with an automatic transmission? Please don't say I'm better off selling my car and buying it legit. Noone wants to buy my car for my price and I don't want to go looking for another Z because my car has some tasteful mods.

sorry but if no-one wants your car at your price, then by definition your price is too high, auto's tend to sell a couple of grand cheaper than their manual trans couterparts, so for the cost fo the swap you can get a similar man trans car, 03 man trans cars can be had for 15k, the auto will lilely bring around 12k

lets keen in mind in doing the swap you'd need the trnas, pedal box, clutch saftey swithc, allt he wiring, you'd then have to bypass all the automatic wiring, I suspect you'll neeed a different driveshaft, clutch master cyliner, hard and soft lines, flywheel and clutch
