Anyone considering applying the 2008 red S to their 2006-7 M45 Sport

The 2008's further distinquish the Sport models with a red capital S following the M45/35 logo on the rear of the car. Seems a bit of a poser idea at first glance but is anyone considering adding the S to earlier model year sport models (provided you can order the "decal")? Badges? Who needs stinkin' badges? That's just about as bad as having "MY M45" on your license plate. Don't make a statement with adding an "S" to your trunk. Make a statement by pressing the VDC button after start-up.

Interesting and thanks for sharing - but I actually just had a dealer remove the M45 from the back end. My view - those who know; will know; those who wonder - wonder.

ahhh do not add the S badge. you will get laughed at. Keep it original or no badges at all

why dont you put an AMG badge in the rear, this way everyone will think your driving an AMG......dumbass....i think people know the difference between the sport...if you had an m35 maybe you can make it an m45 since there are no visual differences.....
