Anyone buy from KINGS INFINITI in brooklyn, NY?

Discussion of Infiniti's amazing (and underrated) sport-luxury crossovers, the EX35 and EX37. For 2014, the EX series will be renamed QX50, in line with Ininfiit's new naming conventions.

Amy, I bought from King Infinity a little more then 3 months ago. It was my 1st time I bought a new car and was paranoid about going through the whole process, but the guy I was dealing with was really cool, not pushy at all, took time to explain everything and I believe I got a great deal from him. His name is Joaquin. I didn't deal with other people in this dealership so can't say too much about them (although based on overhearing management dealing with other clients on the phone I was not that impressed, but then again, it's based on very short time observing this). I took a test drive with Joaquin the 1st time we met. There was barely any conversation about the purchase of the car which I liked. He just answered all my questions and told me to give him a call when I am ready. About 2-3 weeks later, after doing a research on the car and the price, I did, gave him the price which I was willing to pay - we immediately agreed and the whole process was pretty smooth... I got pretty nasty salesmen on the phone when I called few dealerships in NJ and PA and since I live in Brooklyn I was relieved that my local dealership was pretty cool to me.

Good luck and post some comments here if you decide to go with this dealership.

I leased my EX back in December from KINGS in BK. I dealt with David, and as the poster said above, he was also easy to deal with and not pushy at all. I was shopping around, going to Manhattan Infiniti as well as speaking to a lease broker over the phone, comparing prices. The deal I got at KINGS was the best deal, and David was helpful, answering emails immediately, and answering all questions. I had to have the steering wheel mechanism replaced the first week I had the car, and they replaced it within an hour of me bringing it in to be fixed. The guys in Manhattan were unprepared and unorganized, not returning calls, handing me off to other salesman who were rude because I wasn't their sale, etc.
