anyone but an alternator on there datsun?

im thinking of putting a gm 1 wire alternator on my datsun has anyone done this and if so any good bracket kits and things

the brakets from a l16 l18 or l20b engine work. spacing with washers help alot. i used the alt, wiring, regulator, and brackets from a 521.

i have a 63 320u i had an alternater rebuild company called eastbay generater build me a 90 amp internal regulater positive ground alternater i went to pick a part and found some brackets and messed around until i found the right combo and it is a one wire and it works very well
