this just came too me... any one else using a modified sr20det front pipe? i have a trust 3" pipe that was cut and rewelded.. after i stuck on my Gt2530 turbo ,the pipe sits like close to 2" below the frame rail ... anyone else come across thiS?? im probably goin to take it off and have it cut and welded again so i dont have ground clearance problemns . i would hate to lose the turbo due to speed bumps!!!!

I made my own 3" downpipe and I had to do a bit of re-welding to get some more clearance, there is no way i'm getting rid of the T3/4. :)

Don't know about custom downpipes, but even the stock one sits a bit over 1inch below the rail, so i guess if your within this height it should be ok.

I have a GT2540 coming...I'll tell you how it works out with a JIC downpipe (providing I can get one from takakaira.com)
