Anymore sensors?!?!

My engine had a very high idle (1000-1100) unpluged the TPS and I turned the screw and got it to 700 but it would dip to 500 then pop upto 800 or so.. Very rough... I have new NGK plugs and wires... I went and got a new o2 sensor.. that helped a lil then I cleaned the MAF sensor and took out the AIV that helped... I put in a new fuel filter.. that helped... then I replaced the coolant sensor.. that helped... now it surges from about 700-750 or so but it's still not perfectly smooth.. anymore sensors to replace? anything else to clean? I want to get her running smooth as a babies ***... Thanks!
