anymeet in maryland? anyone?

Give me 2 weeks and I should have my 240. I'm getting my down payment back from the place I was going through since they still dont have a chassis for me to look at, and placed a payment on a white 93 coupe with HUD, possible LSD (factory if it does), strut towers bars and supposedly some suspension already done. I'm going by tomorrow during lunch to put the rest of the payment down so he can order the SR20 and what ever other parts he needs. So far Mid Atlantic seems like the place to go, but only time will tell.

But I definitely would be interested in a big 240 meet, would need to be on a Friday night or any time during Saturday since I work Sun-Thurs nights now.

There are some local meets in Columbia Chipotle every Friday evening... Anyone from this board wanna go? People from MD Street Scene host it and I know a girl who drives a Kouki s14 that goes.... I've only been to it once and her car and my s13 were the only 240s... it's just a meet to hang nothing big but just chill time and see what people's done to their car...

If not, how about we set something up on a date everyone will have available... Anyone down for going to Champions in Rockville? Tuesday night is 1/2 priced burgers and I see clubs show up all the time... WRX club, Hondas, Nissans, Etc... And I think they still have 1/2 priced Yuenglings Draft or 2 bucks? Don't remember b/c it's been a yr or so but yeah... If anyone is interested post up and see when everyone is available...

I'll go to the Colombia meet, give me a time. I'll even bring my 240, I'll prolly be dropping it off at the shop on Saturday for it's install. I haven't been to that Chipotle yet, but I'm sure I can find it. As for Saturday, I prolly won't have my 240 but I'm still down for what ever meet we decide, either D&B or Champions. Just give me a time/place.

I don't know what other forums you all are on but there is supposed to be a decent size meet in Columbia this Saturday the 3rd at 8pm. The meet is open to all kinds of cars. If anyone is interested post back and I will try to get more info.

I don't know where it is either but I am following other people. Here is what someone said on a different forum....

If you go to yahoo maps, they have satelite imagery for the park & ride, just use grid to find and follow 95S, to Rt175/Snowden Rvr Pkwy intersection. Zoom in and print directions...

Just so you guys know, I asked around with some of my friends and apparently this meet is not too popular with the local police as they show up and issue tickets to idiots every weekend that they hold this meet. I still plan on going though. I'll prolly show up just before 8.
