motor appeared to be in great shape and is (I think) from a R33. looked great and has transmission (rb26) attached. I could have compression checked and just for info the deal for $3k is cash because the place loses a little for using CC. if you are in SoCal you can go with me to me "special" engine import place where you can see, touch.. lick it if you want. I *might be able to work a little better deal... I'll see if I have a serious buyer. and no, this is _not_ my engine and trans. I was there buying an engine for a friend's DSM(4g63 for $500) and saw it gleaming on the storage rack, wrapped in plastic.

BTW, this is engine, transmission,**_AND_** wire harness and ECU all for $3k. inspections welcome but only if serious about the money, I don't like driving that far for nothing.

RB26dett refers to the engine. What you mate it to is up in the air.

o.k. so the engines go for $3500.. now add transmission, wire harness and ECU... how much is that? this is all you'll need (from Japan) for a swap into anything you can fabricate up... the rest of the parts will ned to bne custom and so in my mind is a pretty damned good deal. but either way. I just sourced it. if'n you guys need it, cool.. if'n ya don't.. cool too :-)

no its included. I know a site that sells them for around that price regularly. But I've never used them nor know anyone that has so I'm not saying that they are a good place to buy from. ....
