I'm considering swapping an SR20 into my 96 S14 at Zerolift Autolab. Anybody have any experience with them? I know they are a site sponsor but I haven't been able to find much information about them. Any input is appreciated.

Edit: They are located near Cincinnati, Ohio.

Do an archived search of SR20DET forum scanning post bodies. You'll turn up a lot of info on them.

Cool I'll do that. In the meantime, are there any alternative shops in Ohio or close to it that could do this type of swap?

I ran across a thread when I was searching zerolift for you that listed three differents shops in the cinci area. I know that's a few hours southwest of you, but I don't know of any others that are as close to the Columbus area

Yea I'm just not sure, I've read both good and bad things about zerolift and the other companies. I was hoping to get some more input from some people who have bought from them recently. All the posts I found were from 2-3 years ago.

2-3 years ago, I would have told you to stay away from them. The posts I were reading seemed fairly recent and were 90% good. Also, AZHitman wouldn't let Zerolift sponsor this site if he felt they were going to pull one over our membership. To AZHitman, our membership means more than sponsors.

Thanks for that. I'm gonna keep searching the forums, but I think Zerolift will end up doing the swap on my car. I'll post pics when it's done naturally

RPS13 - apologies for your difficulties, i have a generic tial 38mm WG i would be happy to send you no charge, if you email me [email protected] i can get your information and send it out if you are still in need of one.

Lev96 - Please give us a call or shoot an email over and we can talk about some of your options for swaps. If you would like to come by the shop and see what we have going on, that can be arranged also. We currently have 3 RB swaps in progress, 2 SR swaps in progress, and OUR SHOP S13 Vert in progress also.

Please let me know. [email protected]

I will see what i can find, i believe there are some maf "conversions" that are not too tough. If i do come up with anything relatively soon, will be in touch.

SOHC MAF="JDM" MAF

no difference. any reason you want an SR maf? other than the inflated price?

ZL, are you still sponsoring nate? i think i remember him having to return some parts, ring gear IIRC. just wondering.

Certain parts were needed for our current build. S13 Vert for upcoming seasons.

I will have a post regarding the build of the car soon.
