Just wondering if anybody has used stock RB25 downpipes in their swaps. Mine is going in an S14 and was wondering if I could use a stock RB25 downpipe and possibly little modification to make it work. I can get one cheaper than the mount kits downpipes is why I ask. Plus I won't completely have to make one from scratch if I can just modify a stock one.

I did as a temp fix, but it hangs a little too low. It is a little lower than the frame rails.

Yea. I used the RB25 downpipe and it does hang to low. So be prepared if your cars lowered to scrap even when driving on the freeway. It bolts up better than McKinney downpipe imo. Partly had to do with the fact you have to drill out the holes on the flanges more so it bolts up to your cat back.
