VQ swap Hexa Garage?

I’m currently in the process of VQ swapping my S13, the last parts I need are the ecu reflashed and wiring harness modified. I’ve sent both of these parts to Hexa garage a couple months ago and haven’t gotten any response back by phone, text or email from them. Anybody ever used Hexa Garage? I’ve seen a few people recently on social media saying it took several months to receive anything back from them, and a couple other saying they’ve received nothing at all and that they kept their parts and money.
