anybody running yellow foglights in 99 Q45?

I like the look of the yellow foglights that I see on Lexus's, but I have little interest in replacing the entire foglight assembly (I've found hid foglight kits for $100), I was wondering if anybody had changed out the bulb to a yellow bulb similar to this (Below)

not a bad buy for $15 or so... i'd just have to figure out how to change the bulb.. if it involves removing the bumper, forget it. lol

I wanna do the same for my '94, but haven't had a chance to look into it yet. I say go for it. My old Lexus GS had those yellow fog lights and they looked awesome. Let me know if you buy these bulbs and how they look.. and post pics!

i'll place the order tomorrow...

i was concerned with how they'll look when combined with the yellow side markers/turn signals though... dunno if i'm gonna like the "factory yellow" turn signal lights, with a "hyper yellow" foglight and a 6000k HID slight blue tint low beams.

i guess we'll see.

hopefully my headlights get here soon, since my driver light went from 'purplish' to DEAD in one day. lol

Well I can tell you that the yellow fog lights and blue tint low beans go great together, because that's exactly what my Lexus had. But not sure how it will all look with the side marker lights if its not the same kind of yellow. I would probably change out the marker lights if it's not an exact match and maybe go with some cool white LEDs.. but yea definitely post pics of the fog lights when you get em

I am running some on mine. At the moment they are not the the best but they are 3000 and look good. They do not go very far and I am going to put on the projector and then the yellow to get some distance. But I like mine so far.
