Im posting this here because theres more traffic that in the wheels section. Alright guys so right now i am currently sitting on the nismos, but i want something new, i want something no one has and i am looking for more rubber for a more comfortable ride so hence the 18s. So the wheels im looking at come in a couple of sizes. They have 18x9.5 + 20 and ive seen some with a +38 offset also. So im wondering how would these sit on the car. Would they be flush, would they poke out to much?? Thanks a lot for your help guys

I'm running a 19x9.5 +38 setup and they poke out just a little bit. You can see some of my pics in this post: http://forums.altimas.org/zero...ately

A 9.5 wide rim with +20 offset would leave your rims stickin out for sure if I'm not mistaken.

those will stick out, i'm on 19x8.5 and 33 offset and mine are barely past the fenders so you can figure out that 20 offset with a wider rim will stick out

9.5 width is the way to go man.

I got 18x9.5 +35 in the back.

+20 will be a bit too aggressive, you would need some serious camber (which unfortunately isn't adjustable with any coil overs on the market).

Don't be afraid of some poke! Camber and stretch will make it look perfect!

Yea alpha im actually looking at a set of grids, yea i sorta guessed +20 would be too agressive more for like a z or g. Im trying to see if i could find them in +38 then

Sooo +20 would be to aggresive, i talked to the vendor today and he said they have them in 18x9.5 +38 and they also have 18x8.5 +44. He said +38 would still be to agressive but im not to sure they will, he also said the 18x8.5 +44 would be best, but they wont have the same concaveness, plus i think theyll be to sunk in. So let me know if you guys think the 18x9.5 +38 would work :)

here's 19x8.5 with 33 offset so you can see how flush they are, you should be totally fine with 38 offset. i've got no issues with rubbing or needing to roll my fenders, then again i'm also not lowered.
