Anybody remove AIV(PAIR) valve and fail emissions test? especially aircare in bc

I am failing the idle test with high HC and CO. apparently, the air injection valve does alot during idle, sending air to exhaust to burn up more HC and CO.

Emissions results w/Removed SCV

Ok, did a search and it appears it does not make that big a difference to emissions.
