Anybody know tractors?

I'm gonna need a 30+ hp diesel to upkeep the 6 acres at my new house. I want to use a 5-6 ft bushog for the pasture, and a 4-5ft finish mower for the yard. I also want something with a front end loader, and will be doing some plowing, tilling, and scraping my gravel driveway. There are some fairly steep hills, but nothing too steep.

I like the thought of Hydrostatic transmission, but like the simplicity and low maintenance/cost of a gear driven unit.

I think I'm down to Kubota or John Deere, and I will be buying used.

Models I'm looking at are Kubota L3400, L4400, B7800 and Deere 990, 1070, 4400 and 4410. Price cap is 13000.

Can anyone steer me in the right direction?
