anybody know how to remove a clear bra?

when i bought my car in 03, it already had a clear bra on it and at first glance you couldn't even tell it was there...now it just looks like spider vaines and one bad eye sore...i heard some ideas but none are safe for the paint....

I would try using a heat gun or blow dryer, to peel the film off. Then use 3M adhesive remover (safe for clear coat) to remove any left over adhesive.
