Thats for the M35 - basically all G and Z exhaust components fit right to the mid point of the exhaust. So that Y pipe, cat pipes and headers are a direct fit for M35 owners.

From there back it is all M35 specific, but there forward is exactly the same as the G and Z

i think the new motordyne fits and it makes about 10hp/tq throught the power band

Negative, this will not fit the 45's as a bolt on - slightly different

BUT - if you have a competant exhaust shop they can get rid of the stock Y pipe and custom fit it in there since it's not too far off from the 45's.
