Anybody heard or used Unitex trading co. for an SR20DET?

Hi, while looking for a good deal on an SR20DET, I asked my favorite shop guys who they would use. They really didn't know much about who does the import engine thing, but they recommended me to a few places that they have heard of, and Unitex came up. So, I called them, and a guy named Vincent worked a deal on the engine-trans, ECU combo for $1875 shipped to me in the suburbs of KC, KS (Overland Park). I know this is lacking an IC, and maybe some other small things, but here are my questions:

1. Is this a good deal for a motorset minus the IC and other small (but I'm sure really hard to find things)2. Is this a known reputable company someone here has dealings with?3. Should I seek a place that can get the whole enchilada for me instead?4. If so, where and how much (I'd prefer if someone had one in their own car or something, rather then an importer shipping me the crate)5. Any other info would be awesome

Also, does anyone by chance live locally (or around, at least) to me that would sell a good running SR to me? Just thought I'd check.
