anybody have a bumper mounting diagram?

My JDM Kouki front bumper isn't flush with the bumper support at all. It actually sort of just hangs there and now it's gotten so bad to the point where i have a neon green rope holding it on from the headlight brackets. I was wondering if anybody has a diagram or writeup on how to mount it.

As far as it goes right now, the bumper is screwed into the bumper support which is bolted to the radiator support. The bumper support is is very flimsy in my opinion and it just bends when its hanging on it. From what I saw when I took off the bumper, the sides of the bumper support were attached to the fenders by something? But that rusted away and is no longer attached. So the only things holding up the bumper are the bolts in the bumper support attached to the radiator and the two screws that go on the very ends up the bumper that connect to the fender where is closest to the wheel well. Somebody help?
