Anybody else leery of the 0w-20 Oil that are mandatory for new Nissans?

In other counties where for exmaple my vehicle the Y62,are popular with this engine (Australia , NZ, Russia, Middle East) these engines are recommended with 5w-30, 0w-40, 5w-40 and older models even with 10w-40 and 20w-50.

Every grade BUT 0w-20.
We all know 0w-20, is an eco oil grade which exists because the EPA tests mpg with a bias for short trips/cold running so it makes a difference in thier test results, but has anyone ever been in a warranty situation where they used a better oil and had warranty denied?

I am toying with the idea of using a 0w-30 with a hard base lube stock, like a Redline maybe.
While still under warranty.....

Some of the stronger 0w-30s meet ACEA A3 which is a Euro spec for good film strenght which is probably the most important spec of them all.
To my knowledge no 20 weight oil, whether 0w-20 or 5w-20 has ever been able to meet ACEA A3.
Its easier to meet ACEA A3 with a thicker viscosity as a result most 5w-40s that are synthetics can manage ACAE A3.
Mobil 1 does it with 0w-40 (of which I have a couple jugs laying around the house)

I've been using Mobil 1 0w-40 for many years. Never seen an issue related to oiling with the exception of lifter noise, but that's a CA18 issue. The lifters are just picky about oil viscosity. I ran it in my MazdaSpeed Protege for close to a decade and that engine still had perfect compression when I sold it.
