I ordered the Pop Charger-Z tube combo on the morning of the 14th, it was supposed to have shipped by the 15th and then it didn't ship until the afternoon of the 16th. Tried emailing them on the 16th, haven't gotten a response. I'm also kind of worried about FedEx because the tracking number still says it's in Phoenix and hasn't left yet and I live on the other side of the country (not sure if that's what FedEx does, UPS tells you when its left a station, or so I thought). So I'll have to call them and FedEx to see what's up if it isn't here by Tuesday (tom, 8 days later). Maybe this worrying is due to the high anticipation and that I always seem to have bad luck with packages haha.
I've heard they're great and I don't want to give a sponsor a bad rep, so I hope we are single cases or maybe they got swamped with orders due to the upcoming summer.
Also, question for future reference because I have yet to see a definite answer on the topic of this member discount thing we have going on. Everyone says call them and I saw a Z tube quoted somewhere here for around $50 while the site posts $78...big difference. So do I call and say "Hey, I'm a member of NICO" and how do I prove that or does it not make a difference?
