I placed an order on 5/17 for a set of clear corners and when I check my account on the site it continues to be labeled as 'processing'. When I try to call the phone number on the site it's a dead line and goes to a fast busy signal. I have attempted to contact them twice via their web mail interface with no luck. I have ordered all of my other parts from them with no trouble (other than painfully slow shipping). Anybody else having trouble or possibly know what's going on?

I just ordered a pop charger and it took a day of processing and then the following day it said shipping with a tracking number. It's supposed to be here tomorrow. I ordered it on May 16th.

I phoned them about 2 weeks before that and they answered immediatly

Thanks - I just spoke to Joe and it turns out there was a fill in on the day my order was placed. In case you are ordering clear corners for a coupe - they're on back order currently, but should be in within the next couple of weeks.

I ordered the Pop Charger-Z tube combo on the morning of the 14th, it was supposed to have shipped by the 15th and then it didn't ship until the afternoon of the 16th. Tried emailing them on the 16th, haven't gotten a response. I'm also kind of worried about FedEx because the tracking number still says it's in Phoenix and hasn't left yet and I live on the other side of the country (not sure if that's what FedEx does, UPS tells you when its left a station, or so I thought). So I'll have to call them and FedEx to see what's up if it isn't here by Tuesday (tom, 8 days later). Maybe this worrying is due to the high anticipation and that I always seem to have bad luck with packages haha.

I've heard they're great and I don't want to give a sponsor a bad rep, so I hope we are single cases or maybe they got swamped with orders due to the upcoming summer.

Also, question for future reference because I have yet to see a definite answer on the topic of this member discount thing we have going on. Everyone says call them and I saw a Z tube quoted somewhere here for around $50 while the site posts $78...big difference. So do I call and say "Hey, I'm a member of NICO" and how do I prove that or does it not make a difference?

just in case you want the peace of mind that comes with speaking directly with Joe call the number G_whizz gave in his post (1.888.216.5328). It worked and he picked right up and figured out what happened and corrected it within two minutes of being on the phone with him. Nice guy and very helpful.
