I was just wondering if anybody has bought a sr20det front clip front flashoptions.com My friend bought a clip from them, but I've heard bad things about them, like not sending out the clip. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks.

Buying from them is a huge gamble. You may never see your engine, or it could just take a lot longer to get. You could get a crappy engine, then what are you going to do? Send it back to Malaysia? Yeah, sure, just drop it off on the way to work.

Find someone who imports engines locally if possible, that way you don't pay hundreds in shipping and can inspect or hand pick your engine. If thats not availiable, pony up the extra cash to a store with a great reputation who will stand by the engine they sell you.

I bought my clip from them like 3 years ago for 1500 bucks when it was normally 2gs for the whole clip. 2 months later by sea freight and endless calls at night to some asain guy im Malaysia i got my clip. THEN i had to pay around 250 bucks to get it through customs TWICE from port customs to airport customs so i basicly payed the same price i would have anyways from us importer of good motors. Good thing my motor compression tested good.
