Anybody add an aftermarket Sirius satellite?

I was curious if anybody here has added an aftermarket Sirius satellite system? If so, is it a difficult install?

I have a 2004 G35 Coupe and am thinking about adding it, but am curious as to what hardware is needed and how difficult the install may be.
