I was just wondering because I'm put my engine build on hold to work on the suspension so I can have some fun while I'm building the engine. I'm not really all that confidant in bringing my car to an auto x event with the stock set up , even though I'd probably do fine.

I was planing on overhauling the suspension anyway so I'm doing now instead of later.

I'm looking into getting their rear chamber adjuster, front & rear sway bar, traction rods, pillow tension rods, adjustable toe arms, and front & rear lower control arms. All that for $1000, but their coilovers don't sound like they'll meet my occasional street driving needs so I'm still looking for so coilovers.

so any feedback on godspeed project suspension parts positive or negative would be greatly appreciated.

i have godspeed coils, i dont drive much... cant tell u much. But they havent blown yet and theyre stiff enough for me. When installing it though i did have to alter the part that bolts to the knuckle cause it was too skinny to go over the knuckle. Had to stretch it.

I have their sway bars. Beefy, welds are decent, paint sucked. I blasted and painted them black.

I know a few people using their RUCAs, and coilovers, No problems other then they wish they were lower.

Its a knockoff.... Just like Megan, and others. I dont think I would mess with their lower arms though.

coilovers and ruca's are all you need for entry level auto X events.

If you want to drift, i would recommend getting aftermarket inner and outer tie rods for more steering angle.

DO NOT cheap out on suspension parts if your going to put it on the track. Godspeed might be good for a lowered car for daily driving, but not for the track. Go with a brand you can trust for suspension arms. JIC, SPL, Battle Version, Cusco, and there are a few more good brand to go with, just search.

It costs more, but you never want a suspension part failing on you b/c it can than cause more damage when you spin out of control b/c something failed...

Ya unfortunately I've heard nothing but badness about godspeed suspension crap. They have a few decent things though. And as stated above. Dont skimp out on suspension, as it's an extreamly vital part of what your car rides on. And depending on the level of abuse, make your choice from there.

I have their front sway bar. Haven't had any problems and I do a lot of canyon runs. Very nice!
