any1 got any suggestions how i can get the stealership to get me back my car?

hey i purchased my altima coupe from 417 infiniti nissan awhile back and well my cars been in the shop for about a month now and they have given me a peice of **** rental car ... they have been tellin me a bunch of different stories on how their trying to fix it fast but well the tech told me they only got 1 new seat in which was for a sedan and didnt fit the car so he won't put it in i have complained with the service managers and filed a complaint with Nissan Canada but still nothing they dont even seem to be doing a good job since they've been telling me that itll be finished next week in the next couple days in a two weeks etc ... any1 have any ideas on any other actions i can take to get my car back? maybe even a new car? lols i mean the seat was broken since the day i got it and they wrote it down on the things to get fixed and they gave me back my car and the second time it went back there they told me it wasnt safe to drive so they took the car and gave a rental .. NISSANS really slipping now

I work at a nissan shop (master tech) and if you are really having a hard time getting your car fixed/or just getting back in general continue calling nissan and complain, the more you call them the more they call the dealership. we had a guy with a titan that had all of his modules go out in the car (8) and needed 3 wiring harnesses, we were unable to get it fixed within the twenty someday period so it became a buy back, but if he wouldn't have continuosly called them we would have just kept the car till it was fixed, i think the guy finall finished it after two months, it's not exactly like your situation, but just trying to help

well lols i came there today with 6 of my buddys and they seemed kinda scared they said my car was in the garage gettin worked on but what i dont understand is why they would take my roof off to replace my seats? i think they ****ed up my car big there

That does not seem right, when you say roof gone, I am thinking they made your coupe a convertible. Hey you have the first altima roadster right?

sorry as in roof i mean the headlining inside the car i guess thats the roof? lols the top where all the fabric is
