so, i live in galveston, and as far as i know, there is maybe 2 z's in galveston, mine and the other is owned by your typical fast and the furious type of guy, car has those ferrari tail lights, and all that rice stuff, i dont want anywhere close to him
. anyhow, so i really want to make connections and hopefully friendships that relate to our love for z.so far i've only owned the car for maybe 3 months, and it has been every bit as everyone told me, a BUMPY ride. but i love it, it's fun, and so far besides some common problems for the car, it has been really good to me. it its a car with 187xxx as of now, and i daily drive it no problem.
but like i said i really want to make friendships that relate our z's, and get some tutors and what not, because, yes this forum is EXTREMELY helpful and people are very nice, but having help live is much better right? plus the added friendships and love for a common thing is always good.
so anyone on the houston/ galveston and whatever in between area? maybe to have a get together and what not down here in the island, have a nice time, talk about z's, have a nice beer by the beach, and what not?
by the way, i don't know if i have ever posted a pic of my z, but here she is
(zipties... oh yes... as you can see my drive way is quite steep and more often than not i scrapped and some old repaired cracks started again, so i pulled fender off and did that "fix" surprisingly people in general think it looks actually ok haha, now i park on the street, lesson learned.. ) also in the pics the paint looks ok but in person, oh boy, it has some really bad paint job, i will do the prep myself and have her sprayed. but that's down the road when some of the mechanical things are sorted.
