hi, i got a z32 ignitor today and it isn't the same as all of the diagrams in faq and some other sites.... it has 1,2,3,4,5,6, on one side, and 1,2,3,4,5,6,E on the other.... i can assume that as long as the 1,1 2,2 etc. are matched up and E stands for Earth(ground) it should work right? i installed it today, and it doesn't start.... it flashed code 21 (ignition signal)..... can anyone verify the color match up from one side of their ignitor to the other..... this is how i've got them, but i could be wrong, i don't have the original connectors... red to red/yellow... redwht to redwht... redgrn to redgrn... redblu to redblu.... thanks in advance..

I have never seen a Z32 ignitor being used on a SR20 before. I know the infiniti Q45 and CA18DET ignitors work with the SR. Maybe you could check part numbers and see if the Z32 and Q45 ignitors are the same.

they're not.... the q45 is an eight cyl so it has a 4cyl ignitor on each side of the engine..... the z32 is a single unit with 6 pathways... i'm pretty sure you can just cap off 2 of the 6 and use 4 with 2 extra paths incase any burn out.... thanks
