I have to say My fav game that I have collected is my second copy of metroid for the NES, Got it WITH THE BOX and instruction manual a few years ago when i worked at gamestop for $17.99

AHHH! intelivision! I have only met one other person that had one! I still play frogger and star wars all the time. Shark shark was rad and is the great grandfather of oh so many java type games.

Yeah, my original NES Metroid cartridge is one of my most prized classic game posessions. Along with my Zelda and Zelda II carts. Gauntlet for the 2600 still gets some use occasionally, too. Oh, man the voices in that game are terrible.

I still have my Game Gear but it doesn't work for some reason. Maybe it's time for some surgery...Also have a first-gen Gameboy that works, but about 3 colums of pixels on either side of the screen are dead. Still completely playable, though.

Still have my NES in the basement. I need to pull it apart and replace some components though, it's a little iffy sometimes.

Pretty much every other non-sega system i have an emulator for and play on my computer. Nothing beats super mario world for the SNES. Or maybe Ocarina of time on the N64 or.....

No i'm not hating on sega. I used to have a game gear. I just never really enjoyed any games on their systems. Therefore i never spent the time to hunt down roms, and emulators.

Yeah, I have a Genesis, Game Gear, Nomad (handheld Genesis), and keep thinking I should buy a Saturn but haven't yet. Still, Sega's games never appealed to me as much as those for the Nintendo systems (at least not during the time when the two were "the big two").

I agree, Now that I have had more time and money, I have picked up a lot of really great genesis games, but as a kid Nintendo had my %100 loyalty. I am thinking about selling my collection but im not sure what its worth in to-tal. I think im going to take pics today and for my ad in the classifieds.

I rented one at Blockbuster when they were new. I had to take it back TWICE because the legs on their rentals were bad.

Very disappointing game system with an even more disappointing library, but definitely a fun geek toy.

any time i get hungry i yell "WHITE WIZARD NEEDS FOOD BADLY" also works for beer, ciggs and @$$. Just remember: a white wizard is never late, he is exactly where he wants to be at all times.
