any vh45 or vh41 parts fit the vk45?

Will any of the aftermarket parts for the vh45de or vh41de fit the new vk45de? I can't find anything for the vk except an ECU upgrade. I'm not interested in turbo or NO2.

im thinking its a no. the vk is way different.

Actually they have the exact same bore and stroke. This doesn't mean that the parts are interchangible, but it is a good sign.

Every single part except a few screws and bolts are different.

There is lots of difference in 14 years of design.

Doesn't mean that the newer engine is more robust [it sure weighs a lot less] and does away with critical older fashion methods of strength.
