hi guys-trying to determine if the wiper motor can come out by itself, or if you have to remove the link arms and motor at once, and then get at the motor? it's not clear from the manual, but there is a little inset pic on EL-75 of my service manual that may indicate that you remove the bolts holding the linkages first, then take the whole thing out, then you can get to the last bolt holding the linkage to the motor. anybody done this before? many thanks, and happy 4th. -randy

IIRC, you take the plastic cowl cover off, then remove the nut on the end of the wiper motor shaft (12mm maybe?). Once you have that off, you can remove the linkage to the arms. Then it's just a matter of a 10mm socket on a swivel with about a 7" extention. Should get 'er done!

Another thing. Make sure you have the correct motor. They changed mid-production on the '93's. Early '93 cars have the same one as the '90-'92 while late '93's have the '94-'96 motor.
