I am always rotating and swapping rims. Car takes forever to read sensors.

So does anyone know where I can get a Universal TPM Tool THAT WORKS?

Not a expensive one either!

In my experience it does not take long at all for the car to read the sensors. You just have to follow the instructions in the manual.

You have to drive above 25mph for 10 minutes or more. If you drop below 25mph the "timer" starts over. So if you are in the city you could go ages before the sensors reset.

If you are already doing this and still having problems then disregard my comment.

Its hard to follow manual when you live in NY where there is a street light at every block. Stop and Go!

If i go on the highway, there is noway I can do 25 mph for 10-15 mins. Will have to go atleast 40-60mph.

Anyother way?

I have also been looking for a tool that actually works. There are many on the market that claim to work, but when pressed many of the salesman are reluctant to say they work with Nissan products and more importantly with the M and other models that show position based pressure. For some reason the Snap On rep won't let me try to try them out before making such a gamble.

From what I have seen there isn't anything that will put the BCM into the register mode that it needs to be in. Simply triggering the sensors will do nothing on these cars if the TPM control unit (inside the BCM) is not in discovery mode. Its similar to Bluetooth in your car, if the system is not looking it won't find.
