I don't even know where it is.What is a good price for one, and where to buy? Wally's doesn't have 'em.

There's not really any tips to replacing it. Replacing the air filter on a Versa is literally the most easiest maintenance I have ever done on any car. There's no way you can NOT know how to do it. Any auto parts store should have it. If not, maybe the dealership won't charge too much for one. Last time I bought a filter, it was under $10.

Above the battery and to the right of the brake fluid resevior is the cover. You squeeze it from both sides and off it pops. Then the filter just pulls out and you drop a new one in. Done and you have spent no more than a minute doing that.

Thanks, saved me paging through the owner's manual, now I want to ask if there's any reason I can't spray water all over everything in the engine compartment. It's quite dusty in there.I used to do it with my Toyota Tercel and start the engine up to dry off immediately after.

In the scangauge screen my car is with 138 hp, i will do a run test with the original filter to see the gain.

I bought the STP one from autozone yesterday actually because I was due for one. Installed it in the parking lot and threw the old one in their trash can.

Good god man, the chamber the air filter fits into was loaded with dried bugs on mine, I had to vac 'em out with the crevice tool.
