When I got my Q, the rear struts were already changed out with the springs. The front struts were given to me with the springs, but not installed. I have changed out the struts on my Maxima and 240. Are these any different?

I dont believe theres any diffrence between your Q and a 240 unless there your Q is a Touring model or Active model ( i might be wrong ) but dont believe there is anything harder to do .Good luck and show some pics of ya ride when its all done and lowerrrr....

From what I've seen, I think they are together (spring and strut). Hopefully I can get it done soon.

Yeah there is no difference. YOu can change as you would with any vehicle that runs a mc phearson strut.

Well, here's the problem. The front struts are actually from a 90-93, of which the lower bushings are 23mm. Mine are 25mm. Bolt will not fit. Can I swap the bushings?

You'll have to have a hydraulic press to swap out the lower strut mount bushings.

Sometimes, different brand shocks use different style bushings though. An example is:KYB has the metal sleeve inside rubber bushing inside lower strut mountandOEM has the metal sleeve inside rubber bushing inside another metal sleeve inside lower strut mount.

so if you tried to press out the OEM bushing, it would come out with that extra outer sleeve where the KYB wouldn't have that. They might also have a difference in OD" but you'll have to measure it out.

If you have two of the same brands, you're all good.
