I bought a used 09 g37x in summer of '16. It has been losing steering fluid. Today i filled the reservoir and started the car and it sucked in a bunch so i added more. When you touch the wheel there is a loud groan. If you rev the engine and turn the wheel the groan gets louder with rpms. I guess it is the steering pump.
I dont see where the leak can be coming from and its so tight to look in there. Im not the main driver of the car but i think it is all wheel drive but not rear wheel steering.
Any info on how to get to this pump is appreciated. Also when i search for pumps i enter g37x but i only see results for g37.....are they the same?
